My name is Eric De Koba, former 2003 world champion in French kickboxing (savate), white collar-boxing coach, and certified fitness performance specialist. I was a top-performing trainer at one of Hong Kong’s longest-standing and most reputable mixed martial arts gyms, Impakt, and I founded a branch of that same gym in Singapore.
Back in Hong Kong now, I’m starting up fitness boot camp sessions at various locations in Hong Kong (Central) and the New Territories (Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O). Depending on the weather, it could be outdoor or indoor, or a combination of the two, and will cater to all fitness levels – from beginner to advance level.
Titled the impaktmobile program, my sessions will focus on core stability, strength-conditioning, cardio-vascular exercises, interval training and kickboxing, and will also target keys area of the females form for toning and weight-loss: arms, abs, thighs and butts.
Want a more tailored approach? I am also available forone-on-one personal training for all of the above.
I believe in the "no machine workout" and I achieve good results with individual follow up and feedback sessions, and tailored nutritional advice.
